The Goan Overseas Association of Victoria Inc. was founded in 1979, to further the Social, Sporting and welfare needs of people of Goan Indian origin and friends residing in Melbourne, the state of Victoria. To promote an appreciation of the Goan culture, customs and folk songs/dance among the community at large.
