Kalakand
Ingredients
1 Tin Condensed Milk
1 Table Spoon Ghee
1 Table Spoon Yoghurt (Beaten yoghurt to avoid lumps)
Procedure:
- Take a big glass bowl and pour the condensed milk
in that
- Now put the 1 tbsp spoon ghee and 1 tbsp spoon
yoghurt
- Mix it well and set the microwave timer for 8-1/2
minutes
- Put the glass bowl with the ingredients in it.
- But keep taking it out for every 1-1/2 minutes
for, the milk might overflow, and just mix it once.
- After the 8 1/2 minutes, your kalakand is ready
to be served
