Kalakand

Ingredients

1 Tin Condensed Milk
1 Table Spoon Ghee
1 Table Spoon Yoghurt (Beaten yoghurt to avoid lumps)

Procedure:

  1. Take a big glass bowl and pour the condensed milk in that
  2. Now put the 1 tbsp spoon ghee and 1 tbsp spoon yoghurt
  3. Mix it well and set the microwave timer for 8-1/2 minutes
  4. Put the glass bowl with the ingredients in it.
  5. But keep taking it out for every 1-1/2 minutes for, the milk might overflow, and just mix it once.
