Ingredients

whole milk 3 cups
kesar
sugar 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil the milk.
  2. Add lemon just as we make paneer.
  3. Throw extra water but don't squeeze all of it.
  4. Then put it in a mixer.
  5. Add another 1 cup whole milk, kesar (little), sugar.
  6. Then mix it well.
  7. Then distribute in small serving bowls and keep in fridge to set it for 2 to 3 hrs.
