Ingredients
whole milk 3 cups
kesar
sugar 1 tbsp
Method:
- Boil the milk.
- Add lemon just as we make paneer.
- Throw extra water but don't squeeze all of it.
- Then put it in a mixer.
- Add another 1 cup whole milk, kesar (little), sugar.
- Then mix it well.
- Then distribute in small serving bowls and keep in fridge
to set it for 2 to 3 hrs.
- Then u can serve this dish straight away from fridge.
