Rasgula

Ingredients

1 lt Homo milk
1 tsp Vinegar=20
1 cup Sugar
2 cups of Water
Cardamom (Elaichi)

Method:

  1. Make paneer by using vinegar and milk.
  2. Tie in a muslin cloth and filter all the water.
  3. Take sugar and water and boil.
  4. Make small ball out of the paneer and insert one seed of Cardamom (Elaichi) inside each round. Boil these paneer balls in sugar water.
