Big B Promoting Hindi Movies In Britain

The British Film Institute (BFI) has decided to launch on a celebration of South Asian Cinema, where films from South Asian countries will be screened all over Britain - including a selection of Hindi films. With the popularity of Hindi films increasing tremendously, the BFI decided to select a well known entity as their guest of honour - someone who would be immensely popular all over Asia. And who better suitable for the 'role' than that icon of Hindi cinema - Amitabh Bachchan? A personality whose starry presence transcends even language barriers. Must say, this is going to be one popular celebration!
