Yoga Practice
A daily yoga practice consists of
either a general sequencing of poses, or focusing on a specific kind of
asana, such as backbends or forward bends. To receive the full benefit
of yoga through the week, vary the focus of your practice sessions. Sequence
the asanas correctly during a session for safety and maximum benefits
to body and mind. Many books are avaiable on yoga. Consult with your yoga
instructor to get ideas for practice sequences.

to complement instruction that you receive from an instructor. Some
poses are inappropriate under certain medical conditions. Some poses
need to be modified for correct rendering of them. Check with your instructor
